Kellie is a talented Hairstylist with almost 30 years in the industry, offering all aspects of hair cutting, styling, colouring, barbering, and children. Kellie has worked in many salons throughout her career gaining experience and knowledge to take her to America where she owned a successful business with a wide range of clients. Now she and her family have settled locally and her mobile hair business is taking off through word of mouth generating many happy clients.
Kellie will be at the Garway Community Centre as part of the Community Hub Coffee Morning on the first Tuesday of each month, located with the Outreach Room:

Mental Health service
Michelle is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with 17 years experience working in the NHS.
She can help strengthen your well-being, helping you to better manage your anxiety and low mood, sleep problems, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms and much more.
Michelle will be available for one to one support on Mondays at Garway Community Centre by appointment only. She uses techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness and is also training in EMDR therapy which is a specialised therapy using rapid eye movements to process those images for those who have suffered with a trauma and may be experiencing post traumatic stress type symptoms.
Michelle is registered with the NMC and EMDR association and insured with the RCN.

HEREFORDSHIRE HONESTY LIBRARY IN GARWAY
You can now borrow books from the Herefordshire Libraries collection at Garway Community Centre whenever the building is open – all we ask is you return them when you’ve finished!
Books are exchanged regularly so there are always new titles to try.
The books are placed in the Snug in the cafe area by the sofas so you can browse the books before you borrow.
