NOVEMBER 13th – 19.30 – ADMISSION £10.00 FOLK BAND “THE MEADOWS”
Easing back after lock down and a gentle start with a bit of dancing and the fantastic folk band The Meadows. Doors open at 19.30 get settled for the band on stage at 20.00. Tickets via ticket source as usual and a few may be available on the night.
DECEMBER 11th – 19.30 – ADMISSION £10.00
Taking it up a notch with a covers band “The Quarry Katz” from Oxford, a four piece Rock’n’Roll band that play the songs of Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis etc. A guaranteed night of foot stomping, dance till you drop, wall to wall sound.
JANUARY 21st – 19.30 – ADMISSION £10.00
@ Garway showing the film “Greed” a rock and roll musical. This will be the premier of the film which had it’s original release date aborted by lockdown. More info to follow on start time and refreshment offering
MAY 7th – 19.30 – ADMISSION £10.00 ADULTS & £5 UNDER 16s
@ Garway presents The Offshoots band. “An offshoot of the The Brothers Blue Showband is a 4 piece band aiming to please everybody playing rock, pop, blues, soul and even some country covers – the way they should be played. Bar as usual selling alcoholic and soft drinks More info to follow on start time and refreshment offering.

Join us for a night of music to dance to with The Royal Valentines – a much in demand South Wales band whose female lead means the hall will be getting on down to the hits of Amy Winehouse, Beyonce, Adele, Shania Twain, Eurythmics as well as bringing us rock standards from The Beatles, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones and Elvis. It’s that time of year when a night out on the dance floor can really hit the spot – especially if you bring your Valentine (not obligatory though!). With full bar. Come and feel the love in the room….

We are delighted to welcome, courtesy of Arts Alive, the wonderful chamber orchestra that is Orchestra of the Swan from Stratford on Avon. The orchestra will be playing a repertoire entitled PETITE SYMPHONIE which comprises:
Schubert – Octet in D Major D72, Gounod Petite Symphonie, Mozart Serenade for Winds in Eb Major
This event is bound to sell out – so book early.

Music From rock to folk, from jazz to classical and country to pop the @Garway team have their noses to the ground searching out performers of all kinds who can conjure up gigs to remember. We are hoping to attract well-known artists to the village so that we can carry on Garway’s reputation as being a go-to music location.

From late spring we hope that the new hall will be fully equipped with state of the art sound and visual equipment which will put it up there with the big league of entertainment venues in the county.
Theatre – Courtesy of Arts Alive, @Garway will host touring drama. From one man shows, to comedy, to thought provoking drama, we’ll be able to bring shows to Garway which one can usually only hope to witness in big towns.
And you’ll be able to take advantage of our theatre café/bar often with a delicious menu to complete the evening.
